Each month, we celebrate the successes and achievements of one of the WhiteHat apprentices. Apprentices are nominated by their coach based off our apprentice values before a panel of judges select their winner.
We're delighted to announce that William Laven from Publicis Media has been awarded WhiteHat's Apprentice of the month. William was nominated by his coach, Jen Nobel in the values categories 'We are all owners, growth mindset and, good people win'. Read on for some of her comments:
"William has hit the four month mark of his Business Associate Apprenticeship and has exceeded all expectations! At work, William has a keen willingness to learn and he is always happy to take on more work, learn more and be of assistance to his team. Will has contributed hugely to the WhiteHat Community in the short space of time he has been with us; since becoming a Hacktivist he has delivered a skills workshop and has produced a fantastic blog about his story as an apprentice and a Stambassador. It is great to see Will's confidence growing and going from strength to strength. There are so many more examples of where Will has gone above and beyond to change people's perceptions about apprenticeships, and we are all very excited to see what the future holds for him!!!"
