Global real estate advisor CBRE is continuing to bring its wealth of data and digital capabilities to life and invest in its data strategy by enrolling staff from across its business in an exciting data academy.
Over 80 employees from across CBRE’s business will gain skills through a Data Fellowship in partnership with Multiverse, a startup tech company focused on high-quality education and training through a unique apprenticeship model.
Under the programme, CBRE’s employees will attend an 18-month course to better equip them with data wrangling and analysis techniques. The programme also covers data science and visualisation, including Python and an introduction to machine learning.
Ciaran Bird, Divisional President, Advisory Services, CEO, UK & Ireland, CBRE comments: “Data and digital capabilities have never been more important, and we continue to invest in training to upskill our teams and ensure as a firm, we are able to bring our data to life and continue to deliver innovation and value to our clients across the board.”
Jeremy Duggan, President at Multiverse, said: "The fastest growing apprenticeships are in the jobs of the future: like data and tech. Through our partnership with CBRE, we're excited to deliver a data skills programme to over 80 members of their team based on intensive coaching and an applied learning experience. Data is at the heart of their operation and this academy will help the company embed these skills across their workforce and provide incredible opportunities for those looking to reskill."
