Multiverse’s in-house Coaching Academy opens up a unique career path for talented people everywhere.
What is a Multiverse Coach?
As a Coach, you will have the unique opportunity to help build a diverse group of future leaders, while developing your own experience and career from the exceptional team around you at Multiverse. You will support 40-60 learners through a 12-15 month programme by delivering workshops and bootcamps to groups of apprentices and through one-to-one coaching sessions. You will teach technical skills specific to their programme and soft skills for navigating the working world.

The Multiverse Academy
The Academy is our 90-day in-house training programme where we take aspiring coaches from a variety of professional and academic backgrounds and develop them into fully-fledged Multiverse Coaches. Whilst on the programme, Associate Coaches get to work with apprentices, shadow Multiverse Coaches, learn our curriculum and develop their coaching and teaching skills. When they graduate from the Academy, Associates become Multiverse Coaches, taking on their own dedicated cohorts and making an impact on the lives of apprentices every single day. The Multiverse Academy is open to Associate Coaches across all of our programmes.
